Seating will be allocated according to your chosen venue (Ballroom, Lakes Room, Celsius Restaurant) and cannot be changed on the day due to capacity management.

There is limited seating available in each event space for our Christmas Day Lunch Buffet. If your chosen space reaches full capacity, we will not be able to adjust tickets or move bookings to accommodate additional guests. We recommend booking early with your group to secure your preferred event space.

Bookings are essential and full pre-payment is required at the time of reservation. Any amendment and/or cancellation must be received no later than Monday, 1 December 2025. No refund will be provided for any amendment and/or cancellation after this date.
